BEESWEET LEMONADE BEECOZY TEA

This tea warms your heart and is full of flu-busting vitamin C, with plenty of honey to soothe a sore throat.

INGREDIENTS (YIELDS 3)

  • 2 - 12 oz. bottles of BeeSweet Lemonade - Mint
  • 2 sprigs of fresh spearmint
  • Slices of lemons

PREPARATION

Pour the BeeSweet Lemonade - Mint in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil for 30 seconds.
Remove from the heat.
Pour into 3 cups; add lemon slices and a 1/2 sprig of mint to each cup.

It's OK to eat the fresh mint. It's loaded with antioxidants.

BEESWEET BEESIZZLER

Try this fizzy BeeSweet Lemonade beverage. It is easy to make and yummy to drink. The natural mint and honey flavors already in BeeSweet Lemonade make Mikaila's BeeSizzler a tasty treat you can drink every day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 bottles of BeeSweet Lemonade with Mint
  • 1 bottle of sparkling mineral water, approx. 20.3 fl oz (like a Topo Chico)
  • Sprigs of fresh Spearmint

PREPARATION

Pour BeeSweet Lemonade in a pitcher. Slowly add sparkling mineral water. If you pour too quickly, it will spill over. (Yes, it's that fizzy!) Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.

Yields about 5 cups.

BEESWEET LEMONADE BUNDT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (18.25oz) box of lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3.4oz) pack of instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup BeeSweet Lemonade Mint
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix, then stir in the oil and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the BeeSweet Lemonade.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Dust with sifted confectioner's sugar (optional).

BEESWEET POPSICLES

My favorite frozen treat is easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 12 oz. bottles of BeeSweet Lemonade - Mint
  • 2 teaspoons of yummy honey
  • 1/2 cup of fresh spearmint
  • Zest of half of lemon

PREPARATION

Add lemon zest, BeeSweet Lemonade, honey and mint to a small saucepan. Warm up on a low heat for approx 3-5 minutes to allow the lemon, honey and mint to mix. Allow liquid to cool slightly and pour into 6 oz. popsicle molds. No Molds? No problem. Use ice trays or Dixie cups. Add a sprig of fresh mint to each popsicle. Depending on your popsicle molds, either put the lid on or add popsicle sticks to the center and pop in freezer at least 4 hours.
